    My first experience was fabulous but my second was horrendous.The staff were very stingy with the toppings, when u asked for more (to equal what is usually put on a normal pizza) they made me and others in line feel like we were an inconvenience. Needless to say my pizza was so bad I couldn't eat it. If I wanted a pizza with hardly anything on it, only crust I'd go to a grocery store and buy one off the shelf.I have pictures to prove this. It was bad.When I asked to speak with the mgr I was told he was on break and couldn't be disturbed unless it was important. I relayed it was for a Complaint and they still refused. I then asked for the assistant mgr and was old they don't have one. I then said oh well I guess I'll be calling corporate then and the girl said go ahead they don't care.As u can see there r areas where the pizza is almost completely free of toppings and no sauce at all even though ordered the sauce

    I ordered online and they did not bring me all of my order and of the three things they brought were not what I ordered. Called manager said I would get a refund but did not do it so I've called back or times now with each manager saying they will refund but none have done so. Now they will not answer my phone call. Do not order from here!

    I absolutely love pieology!!! In my opinion, they are by far the highest quality pizza chain in southern California. The ingredients are always extremely fresh and most importantly pieology brings a 《consistently》 elevated product which for a restaurant chain is of the utmost importance. Ustomer service is always on point.Ive never been disappointed and I will continue to swipe up my Pepperoni, mushroom, artichoke masterpiece as often as possible. Ty Pieology!!!
